Lead a team of recruiters focused on identifying top talent to support business hiring initiatives
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategy to execution, for a variety of business functions
Hire, train, and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed
Lead key projects to enhance hiring processes and candidate experience
Create, define, and execute effective sourcing strategies based on required skills, roles, and locations
Source passive candidates using innovative sourcing approaches; provide recruitment research, competitive intelligence, and analysis
Utilize social media to market roles, leverage professional networks and build online communities of targeted candidates
Leverage and monitor data to measure productivity, identify gaps and trends, and utilize ATS tools/reports to capture recruiting metrics/KPIs
Track and report compliance and enforcement issues and help develop and maintain enforcement procedures to ensure hiring policy compliance
Act as primary administrator for Greenhouse, LinkedIn and HiPeople and manage vendor relationships
Share responsibility for Glassdoor with Marketing, including reviewing and responding to reviews and escalating items to the CPO
Manage and own data, analytics, and reporting for the Recruitment function and provide periodic reporting to Hiring Managers
Administer the referral bonus program including tracking bonuses and engagement with referrers
Develop systems and processes for training hiring managers, interview teams, and recruiters
Ensure Recruitment processes are documented, up-to-date, shared with stakeholders, and continuously improved with automation opportunities
Requirements
Proven ability to effectively communicate recruiting strategies and status updates to all levels of the organization, and you're skilled at building strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Results oriented self-starter with demonstrated time management and execution skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, systems, and processes
Knowledge of international, federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with leaders
Excellent research/sourcing and data presentation skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team member who can positively and productively impact strategic and tactical initiatives
Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and ability to analyze and present data/trends
Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
Experience recruiting globally, preferably in Mexico, UK, Australia & GCC
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment
Minimum 3 years of people leadership
