Solutions Engineer

• Create ADRs, RFCs, and other supporting documents to ensure technical decisions are well-considered, clear, and recorded so we have context and trust in what we’re doing
• Provide software designs and features that support a highly scalable and highly dynamic configuration-driven integration solution
• Lead system performance improvements and operation cost management
• Provide escalated technical support
• Provide software automation process for health monitoring and trigger timely resolution
• Work in an agile environment, scoping work to enable tight feedback loops on what’s working and what’s not
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Eng Managers on plans for iterative improvements
• Maximize long-term velocity and minimize risk by using and educating on TDD, CI and other DevOps best practices

Staff Data Integrations Engineer – Connex Integration

Customer Success Manager

• Drive successful adoption of Crunchtime within your portfolio of customers.
• Become an expert user of Crunchtime platforms so that you can provide credible guidance on how best to apply the tools to customers' specific operational processes and business challenges
• Using a consultative approach, help customers optimize product value by guiding them on leveraging new or unused features.
• Manage the ongoing customer relationship to encourage growth, expansion and loyalty.
• Identify new opportunities to expand Crunchtime to support additional work processes or departments within the customer’s business.
• Track and close renewal business.
• Advocate for customers internally by collaborating with our Product team to translate customer feedback into product requirements.
• “Prime the pump” for customer case studies, quotes and testimonials by identifying advocates and sharing great stories with our Marketing team.

Data Engineer

• Own the planning, estimation, and delivery of data engineering tasks and projects, partnering with project management to track progress, milestones, and risks.
• Design and implement scalable data pipeline solutions by analyzing customer data, identifying patterns, and performing data profiling to reverse engineer schemas and APIs.
• Build, optimize, and maintain high-performance data pipelines, delivery networks, and bi-directional data integrations between customers and partners.
• Ensure data reliability and quality through robust development of automated unit, integration, and regression tests.
• Troubleshoot complex data and integration issues, providing escalated technical support and driving root cause resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integration solutions, and provide technical guidance, training, and documentation to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor data pipeline health, proactively identify performance or reliability issues, and implement improvements to ensure system stability.
• Contribute to best practices in data engineering, including code quality, testing standards, and scalable architecture.

• Help customers solve problems in the CrunchTime platform and keep them updated on ticket progress
• Use internal tools to troubleshoot customer reported tickets
• Translate technical details from our development teams into non-technical language that our Customers can understand
• Analyze data discrepancies between multiple tools to confirm accuracy based on customer inquiries and reassure the customer that data displayed is accurate.
• Build and optimize dynamic SQL scripts to maintain data integrity and support enterprise reporting
• Accept requests for Technical Resource assistance from the Customer Support Analysts on your team
• Work side-by-side with the development teams of our Connex, CIS, API and Insights product teams to research and resolve customer reported issues
• Sympathize with the customer’s situation and take pride in finding them a resolution on tickets submitted.
