Manage the end-to-end recruiting process: from job ad creation to candidate onboarding
Actively source and engage candidates across Europe, especially via LinkedIn Recruit for both business and tech roles (Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations)
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with managers
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
Build and maintain a structured talent pool for future hires
Keep track of recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion rates, quality of hire) and use them to continuously optimize the process
Requirements
Fluent in German and English – both written and spoken
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record particularly in regards to highly technical positions (senior backend and frontend engineers, data scientists)
Strong service mindset – you treat applicants like customers and push for the best possible candidate experience
Sense of urgency – you act quickly and decisively to secure top talent in competitive markets
Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools and ATS systems (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Join, Personio)
Structured, organized, and proactive approach – you love filling roles efficiently and effectively
