- Collaborate with the Head of People, Managers, and Staff
- Drive the implementation of diverse HR initiatives
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English
- A comprehensive grasp of the local and US talent markets
- Proficiency in US labor laws
- A Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
