Own the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions—identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers
Recruit across both technical and non-technical teams at Corastone
Oversee and execute various aspects of Corastone's people development initiatives, including onboarding, career progression, performance management, and fostering employee engagement
Work closely with the Head of People, Managers, and Staff to drive implementation of diverse HR initiatives frameworks, ensuring consistent execution across the US and alignment with the existing approach
Function as a talent manager for our US team, making substantial contributions to a rapidly expanding, industry-changing company and growing along with it
Requirements
1 to 3 years (maximum) of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting for mid to senior-level positions, including tech roles (startup/consulting experience valuable)
Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English; native or near-native fluency valued
A comprehensive grasp of the local and US talent markets, and recruitment trends and best practices
Proficiency in US labor laws, ensuring compliance in recruitment and HR practices
Eagerness to embrace the startup environment and contribute to HR process development
A Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline is required
Ability to work effectively in the CST/EST time zone
Legal right to work in the US: US Citizen, on an H-1B, a Canadian Citizen w/TN, or have a Green Card (not accepting F-1, F-1 OPT, or F-1 OPT Extension)
Candidates must reside within the United States to be considered
