Chief of Staff

• Act as a right hand to the CEO, driving cross-functional priorities and making sure decisions turn into results
• Take over and coordinate operational workstreams across our Professional Practice and Business Development Team
• Own key account relationships, ensuring their needs are understood, prioritised and delivered
• Prepare decision-ready analyses, board and leadership materials, and follow through on action items
• Identify gaps between teams and build the processes, rituals and structures that close them
• Bring audit and professional practice rigour to how we structure customer engagements and internal operations
• Represent the leadership team internally and externally, in both German and English
• Take on special projects end-to-end as the company scales
