• Lead and develop a team of Audit Analysts with clear direction and guidance
• Act as the central interface between customers and Product for feedback and product improvements
• Take ownership of customer support with structured communication and solutions
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align audit methodology

• You will actively contribute to improving our software for auditing financial and non-financial reports
