Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process: from job ad creation to candidate onboarding
• Actively source and engage candidates across Europe, especially via LinkedIn Recruit for both business and tech roles (Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations)
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with managers
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Build and maintain a structured talent pool for future hires
• Keep track of recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion rates, quality of hire) and use them to continuously optimize the process
