Own and deliver full-cycle recruitment, including intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for a variety of roles from junior to mid level roles
Develop and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies leveraging digital channels, direct outreach, and networks to attract diverse, top-tier talent
Partner directly with executives and senior leaders, advising on hiring strategy, challenging assumptions, and providing market intelligence
Drive candidate engagement, rigorous assessments, and selection processes to ensure cultural and capability fit
Influence and coach hiring managers with data-driven recommendations and insights into market trends
Track key recruiting metrics, optimise processes, and continuously improve effectiveness using ATS, AI tools, and analytics
Champion Airwallex’s employer brand by building strong candidate relationships and maintaining a high-quality, inclusive experience
Act as a strategic and hands-on partner owning end-to-end recruitment for business-critical roles across Melbourne or Sydney
Requirements
7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, ideally with at least 2 years in-house and exposure to tech or fintech
Proven success sourcing and closing tough candidates, including senior roles, and developing innovative sourcing strategies
Demonstrated confidence and ability to work autonomously, solve problems creatively, and thrive in ambiguous settings
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences
Excellent communication (verbal and written), data fluency, and proficiency with ATS/recruitment technologies
Experience recruiting for diverse corporate and GTM functions in high-growth or global organisations (preferred)
Experience building and scaling teams across locations, navigating global markets and hiring teams (preferred)
