About the role

  • Partner closely with engineering leaders to manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, from intake through onboarding
  • Lead kick-off meetings, stakeholder updates, and interview debriefs to ensure alignment and momentum on searches
  • Source, engage, and convert top technical talent, including passive candidates, through creative outreach
  • Manage all recruiting logistics: interview scheduling, candidate travel, visa coordination, panel setup, and offer process
  • Drive best practices in ATS usage (Greenhouse), candidate documentation, and scorecard calibration
  • Provide market insights on talent pools, compensation trends, and competitor activity
  • Partner with HR on visa/work authorization processes and onboarding to ensure smooth candidate transition
  • Collaborate globally across multiple time zones, with occasional support for U.S.-based hiring

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in corporate and/or search environments, with a focus on engineering and high-tech talent
  • Proven success hiring in areas such as machine learning, software engineering, or other advanced technology domains
  • Strong ability to influence and advise stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean, and other sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and structured interview scorecards
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently while managing competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working across global time zones and adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
