About the role
- Be the voice of the brand across all content and channels; reports to VP of Marketing
- Create and scale compelling video, photography, and storytelling that invite mystery and provoke appetite
- Launch creator programs and UGC platforms to expand content velocity
- Build and launch our influencer program in Q4 and scale it from there
- Take an idea from concept → production → launch in days, not months
- Experiment daily with AI content creation tools to push the creative edge
- Partner with friendlies (influencers, creators) via DMs, comments, and engagement to get them making content with us
- Work directly with Growth Lead to rapidly test content in-market
- Measure creative velocity, virality & engagement, influencer traction, and impact on growth (CAC/ROAS)
Requirements
- 7+ years in creative/growth/content roles at high-growth DTC/e-commerce consumer brands
- Natural ability to stir conversation (funny, irreverent, sometimes provocative)
- Fluent in paid + organic content formats (knows what works on TikTok vs. IG vs. YouTube)
- Hands-on creator who thrives without agencies — shoots, edits, and ships fast
- Hustler DNA: slides into DMs, comments relentlessly, builds partnerships person by person
- Hungry to make a premium food brand stand out in a noisy world
- Comfortable experimenting with AI content creation tools (Sora, Veo 3, Synthesia, etc.)
