• Launch and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
• Support and scale affiliate and influencer programs, including sourcing creators and tracking performance
• Develop, write, and test content across paid and organic channels
• Explore new acquisition channels and ideas based on trends and performance data
• Track CPA, CTR, ROAS to measure success and inform decisions
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Data teams
