About the role

  • Research and prospect new leads
  • Convert prospects into appointments with doctors
  • Outbound calling and emailing potential clients to set up appointments and log them in CRM
  • Respond to inbound communication with same targets as outbound
  • Run discovery and demo calls with arranged prospects
  • Validate prospects' needs and outline optimal solutions
  • Convert discovery and demo calls into sales
  • Improve customer experience and product knowledge
  • Be involved in whole customer journey and collaborate with Customer Success team
  • Build and maintain relationships after onboarding

Requirements

  • A university degree
  • At least 3 years in sales (hands-on call centre experience with multiple sales techniques)
  • Either B2B or SaaS experience is required
  • Experience of selling in the North American market
  • Proficient in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce..)
  • Fluent in both spoken and Written Spanish with a good level of English
  • Strong focus on meeting and exceeding business targets (KPIs)
  • Competitive attitude and highly motivated by financial rewards
  • Integrity sales approach based on filling needs and solving issues
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Strong hunter's character and customer-centric approach
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, problem solving and customer service skills
  • Self-starter and innovative thinker with minimal direction
  • Ability to work diligently with data from various sources
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Sold experience community business driven by referrals (ideally medical/aesthetic/cosmetic) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to overcome objections
  • Highly organised and strong work ethic
  • Results-driven mindset with proven ability to maintain successful relationships
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate company value proposition
  • Skilled communicator and superb listener
  • Plus: one other language would be an advantage
  • Ability to follow process and maintain confidentiality
