Continuously identify and share market intelligence to capture opportunities
Ensure team conduct compliant activity in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines
Maintain robust communication routines daily, weekly and monthly for planning, pipeline management, opportunity identification and conversion
Provide ongoing industry insight from the field and team members
Maintain knowledge on all client services and ensure team can present benefits to prospects
Represent CPM and our client professionally
Support recruiting, onboarding and training of new staff
Undertake other duties as instructed by line manager
Requirements
Experience of people leadership in a target driven field-based setting, including recruitment, induction, personal development, performance management, quality and compliance
Track record of managing teams to sales targets in sales or in a comparably demanding self-directed environment
Competent IT Skills; comfortable working with Microsoft Office and managing admin processes and systems
Inherent ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
Articulate and confident communicator across all media types, with excellent influencing skills and compelling presentation delivery capability
A role-model of integrity, compliance and best practice
Exceptional people skills; ability to provide clear direction, hold people to account, and provide a framework to succeed
Exceptional track record of high-quality sales delivery in a field environment
Excellent time management to balance concurrent responsibilities
Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthly
Ability to work on own initiative and continually improve sales performance
Positive mindset interacting with customers, colleagues and clients
Autonomous and solution focused; proactive problem solving and dynamic in motivating and energising a team
