Lead, motivate and inspire a team of Residential Field Sales Reps to deliver sales targets through planning, sales execution, compliance and reporting

Delivery of KPIs including headcount and sales targets
Be a role-model for your team, leading from the front in performance, quality and compliance
Serve as a knowledge expert on product, selling skills and objection handling
Hands-on field-based leader: actively sell and demonstrate sales strategy to coach and support team members
Tailor coaching and communications styles to maximise team engagement and learning
Support the Client Service Manager as required
Continuously identify and share market intelligence to seize opportunities
Ensure team activities are compliant with internal, external and client guidelines
Maintain robust communication routines with team members daily, weekly and monthly for planning, pipeline management and conversion
Provide ongoing industry insight from the field and channel feedback
Maintain knowledge on all client services and ensure team can present benefits to prospects
Represent CPM and its client professionally
Support recruiting, onboarding and training of new staff
Undertake other duties as instructed by the line manager
Requirements
Experience of people leadership in a target driven field-based setting, including recruitment, induction, personal development, performance management, quality and compliance
Track record of managing teams to sales targets in sales or in a comparably demanding self-directed environment
Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office and efficiently managing the admin processes and systems required to manage the team
Inherent ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
Articulate and confident communicator across all media types, with excellent influencing skills and compelling presentation delivery capability

Exceptional people skills – inherently skilled at balancing the need to provide clear direction, hold people to account whilst providing a framework within which to succeed
Exceptional track record of high-quality sales delivery in a field environment
