QA Engineer

• Implement and manage the Cotton Construction division Quality Assurance Program to assure projects meet Cotton’s quality standards
• Work directly with internal and external team members to provide document review, field audits, coordination, and implementation of Quality Assurance initiatives during project durations
• Conduct Cotton Construction internal field audits and review/recognize deviations in internal audits
• Develop onsite training programs to mitigate compliance concerns
• Maintain compliance of record keeping requirement programs for specific jobsites
• Provide insights on jobsites to identify, evaluate, and control hazards
• Create, document, and distribute QA/QC plans, checklists, inspection and completion lists, punch lists, and reports
• Use collected data to identify means of reducing deficiencies and improving overall quality and provide remedial actions
• Assure client satisfaction throughout the project
