- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sprint goals are aligned and achievable

Requirements
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong grasp of business systems, process improvement, and digital product development
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- SQL proficiency and comfort working with technical teams
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic setting
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools (bonus)
- Technical fluency and ease working with developers/testers (bonus)
- Leadership or mentoring experience (bonus)
- Exposure to enterprise systems and digital transformation projects (bonus)
