Business Development Rep

• Drive activation and adoption of myopia management product(s) within targeted accounts to deliver sales objectives and targeted sales call levels.
• Build, maintain strong partnerships with CV customer business teams to execute joint customer business plans for myopia category growth.
• Work in close partnership with other BDMs on target accounts to ensure a seamless and connected experience for the customers that is best in class.
• Build a deep clinical knowledge of myopia management, incl MiSight 1 day contact lenses.
• Be the primary myopia contact for assigned customers at all levels as they implement myopia management into their practices.

• Manage and handle Sales Orders according to current processes.
• Secure adequate follow-up on orders, throughout the supply chain.
• Manage and handle complaints and return orders, according to current processes.
• Handle and manage various customer requests and inquiries from local customers.
• Support Finance with specific overdue invoices, credit/rebill actions to rebalance accounts.

Field Engineer

• Perform preventative maintenance, system installations, upgrades, and complex repairs of IVF laboratory equipment at customer sites, ensuring compliance with CooperSurgical service standards.
• Utilize strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software issues in laboratory equipment.
• Ensure all service activities are accurately documented and reported in a timely manner. Maintain complete and up-to-date records within the CRM system, including service reports, installation records, and customer interactions.
• Maintain calibration and operational readiness of service tools and equipment. Coordinate with the appropriate internal departments to ensure tools remain compliant with calibration and quality requirements.
• Work closely with Service Support, Scheduling, and Logistics teams to ensure necessary spare parts, tools, and documentation are available prior to site visits.
• Maintain current knowledge of CooperSurgical products and technologies through ongoing training and technical updates, ensuring the ability to support newly released or updated equipment.
• Approximately 70% or more travel, primarily within France with occasional international assignments.
