Key responsibilities & impact

Develop high-impact reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Go beyond report development to include metric ownership, stakeholder partnership, and influence over BI standards and best practices.
Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, working closely with Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Data Quality teams to ensure reporting is accurate, scalable, and aligned with enterprise definitions and priorities.
Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards that track key business metrics and performance indicators.
Translate ambiguous business questions into clear metrics, calculations, and reporting solutions.
Ensure reporting solutions are efficient, scalable, intuitive, and aligned with visualization best practices.
Guide stakeholders in interpreting results and understanding business implications.
Influence reporting priorities and shape analytical roadmaps based on business impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related role.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
Deep experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Strong understanding of KPI design, metric governance, and data visualization best practices.
Proven ability to work independently and drive work from ambiguity to delivery.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
