About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages an assigned territory to drive sales and market share for obstetric products primarily in office or clinic settings, labor & delivery, and directly with consumers.
  • Identifying new customer opportunities and driving growth within existing customer base.
  • Includes a technical/product support approach, in addition to a conceptual sale for leveraging newborn banking services for expecting families.
  • Develop strong relationship building skills while also supporting clinically technical product portfolios.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of the medical device arena, preferably with a concentration in women’s healthcare
  • Comprehension of the Region’s diverse healthcare systems
  • Aptitude for engaging and motivating by providing product & sales training to company partners
  • Effective territory planning
  • Large geographical territory management experience
  • Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization
  • Customer focused
  • Results oriented
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal day-to-day management
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of medical device or similar sales experience, and preferred in the women’s healthcare space
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
