Insurance

• Eigenverantwortliche Beratung eines zugeordneten Kundenstammes aus Gewerbe- und Industriekunden (Unternehmen ab ca. 50 Mitarbeitenden) in allen Kompositsparten (ausgenommen Kfz, Leben, Kranken)
• Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen und Übernahme der Rolle als erster Ansprechpartner für alle Kundenanfragen
• Durchführung von Renewal-Verhandlungen mit Versicherern sowie Ausschreibungen inklusive Bedingungsvergleichen
• Vorbereitung und bei Bedarf Teilnahme an Jahresgesprächen gemeinsam mit dem Außendienst (Geschäftsleitung)

Kundenberater, Innendienst – Komposit, Gewerbe & Industrie Versicherung

• Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies of approx. 50+ employees) across all property & casualty (P&C) lines (excluding motor, life, and health).
• Maintain client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries.
• Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tender processes, including policy/terms comparisons.
• Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with the field sales team (management).

Customer Advisor (Internal Sales) – Commercial & Industrial Insurance

• Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies with approx. 50+ employees) across all property & casualty (P&C) lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
• Maintain customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
• Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tenders, including policy/terms comparisons
• Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with field sales (executive management)

Customer Advisor (Internal Sales) – Property & Casualty, Commercial & Industrial Insurance

Outside Sales

• Acquisition of new corporate clients and bringing existing client relationships into our medium-sized insurance brokerage
• Managing the acquisition process — from lead generation through analysis of the insurance portfolio to presentation
• Independent management of commercial clients (minimum: companies with approx. 50 employees) in the composite (non-life) lines — with support from the internal service team
• Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
• Actively helping shape the company within our OKR methodology — e.g., in digitalization projects or optimization of internal processes

Client Advisor, Field Sales – Commercial & Industrial Insurance

• Acquire new corporate clients and integrate existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage
• Manage the full acquisition process — from lead generation and analysis of the client’s insurance program to proposal and presentation
• Independently manage commercial clients (minimum: companies with approx. 50 employees) across property & casualty lines, with support from the inside-sales/back-office team
• Conduct annual review meetings on-site or digitally
• Actively contribute to the company’s development within our OKR methodology — e.g., supporting digitalization initiatives or optimizing internal processes

Field Sales Consultant – Commercial & Industrial Insurance

• Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies from approximately 50 employees) across all non-life lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
• Maintain client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
• Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tender processes, including comparisons of policy terms and conditions
• Prepare for and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with field sales (executive management)

Customer Service Advisor (Internal) – Commercial & Industrial Insurance

• Acquiring new corporate clients and bringing existing client relationships into our mid‑sized brokerage firm
• Managing the acquisition process — from lead generation through analysis of the insurance portfolio to presentation
• Independently managing commercial clients (minimum: companies of approx. 50 employees) in non‑life/commercial insurance lines, with support from the internal sales team
• Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
• Actively shaping the company within our OKR framework — e.g., contributing to digitalization or optimization of internal processes
