Manage campaigns and programs that build pipeline and ladder up to Contentful’s revenue goals and company objectives
Develop and execute global integrated, buyer journey-driven demand generation campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Product, and other Marketing functions
Ideate creative campaigns that engage target personas across online and offline channels
Develop, execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns and programs to drive pipeline and bookings that meet Marketing’s influenced and originated contributions goals
Collaborate with Field organization, including BDRs, to enable and activate promotions and follow-ups of demand generation campaigns and programs
Assess campaign effectiveness using measurement and attribution modeling techniques to optimize future programs
Monitor lead creation and influence by program message, persona, and vertical
Collaborate with and project manage cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure deliverables are on time and on budget
Review campaign performance, compile lessons learned, and communicate recommendations for improvement to stakeholders
Navigate complex workflows, working relationships, and regional differences to contribute to a collaborative working environment
Requirements
4+ years B2B demand generation marketing, SaaS experience preferred
Proven track record of creating and executing successful demand generation campaigns that have resulted in increased lead generation and revenue growth
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, buyer personas, and customer journey mapping
Ability to pull and analyze data and make informed decisions for future performance
Experience working for a fast-growing B2B software company
Experience in executing global demand generation campaigns, including collaboration with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Content, Web, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Marketing Ops, Marketing Analytics, Field Marketing, and Sales teams
Ability to initiate tasks and work independently, with strong attention to detail
Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot
Experience with Salesforce.com
