About the role

  • Source, engage, and build relationships with executive candidates aligned with Conscious Talent’s mission and ethos
  • Manage full-cycle search processes across a range of executive functions (technology, product, marketing, sales, operations, finance)
  • Collaborate closely with Conscious Talent leadership to refine search strategies and client alignment
  • Conduct deep candidate assessments that honor both hard skills and personal growth journeys
  • Maintain and cultivate the growing talent network with authenticity and care
  • Create a warm, human, and deeply respectful candidate experience
  • Integrate inner work values (presence, discernment, conscious communication) into the recruiting process

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on executive or leadership roles
  • Experience recruiting Director, VP, and C-suite level candidates
  • Skilled at building authentic relationships and intuitively assessing candidate-company alignment
  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about helping people find aligned career opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and relationships simultaneously
  • Demonstrated commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others
  • Excited to help build a recruiting firm that integrates consciousness and business
  • Prior experience recruiting in high-growth startup, VC-backed, or mission-driven environments (bonus)
  • Deep network of values-aligned executive talent across industries (bonus)
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (application asks this explicitly)
