About the role
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to set and execute a high-impact marketing strategy that supports Visit.org’s short- and long-term business goals.
- Own the entire marketing function, including demand generation, brand, communications, content, product marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
- Lead all pipeline-building efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition.
- Oversee product marketing strategy to support launches, feature adoption, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities across the customer base.
- Build, manage, and grow a high-performing marketing team; coach and develop team members and marketing leadership.
- Oversee internal and external communications, including PR, executive comms, and social media strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on go-to-market execution.
- Set, track, and optimize against clear KPIs and ROI metrics; develop marketing forecasts, manage budget, and report on performance to leadership and board.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability.

Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a marketing leadership or executive role.
- Demonstrated success leading marketing for a SaaS company, ideally in HR Tech, CSR, or related verticals.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, including growth, brand, content, and product marketing.
- Experience owning a marketing number and aligning marketing to revenue outcomes.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and inspire cross-functional marketing teams.
- Data-driven, metrics-oriented decision-maker who is comfortable with setting KPIs and managing performance.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence.
- Experience in the CSR space is a plus.
