About the role

  • Second Front Systems (2F) seeks a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market for 2F Frontier and 2F Workshop
  • Shape positioning, messaging, and growth strategy complementing the Game Warden platform
  • Own GTM strategy for Frontier and Workshop and align with overall 2F Suite narrative
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for defense, federal, and commercial markets
  • Lead competitive intelligence and market research efforts
  • Collaborate with Finance and Product on pricing and packaging to drive adoption and revenue
  • Build and maintain product marketing assets (pitch decks, solution briefs, customer case studies)
  • Partner with Sales and Partnerships on training and enablement tools
  • Define and track product marketing KPIs to refine campaigns, launches, and positioning
  • Mission-driven role supporting U.S. national security

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required (government contract)
  • Reside in one of approved hiring hubs: DC/Maryland/Virginia; Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC; Denver/Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
  • 7+ years in product marketing in SaaS, defense tech, or B2B enterprise software
  • Proven success launching and scaling products in competitive markets
  • Strong understanding of pricing/packaging strategy and market segmentation
  • Experience in competitive intelligence, market research, and turning insights into action
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for mission to strengthen national security
  • Preferred: Experience marketing to defense or federal customers and knowledge of compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, IL5/6, ATO)
  • Preferred: Experience in high-growth startup environments
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of edge computing, DevSecOps, and software delivery lifecycles
