Lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of services for Conga’s North America Professional Services organization
Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth through scalable service offerings including implementation and consulting
Lead and manage Conga’s PS team in delivering high-end solutions, including building the team and embedding best-practice processes
Manage key customer relationships and oversee execution plans
Plan efficient resource growth and allocation across the team to deliver for all clients
Act as a facilitator, coach, and advisor; drive Conga’s strategic vision and foster a culture of innovation
Demonstrate leadership that motivates teams to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional customer value
Support growth of the organization while managing and mentoring the team to develop along their career paths
Requirements
Expert in sales of services for complex and strategic deals with a track record of executing and over-achieving booking targets
Ability to develop SaaS solutions aligned to the customer's programs
Ability to negotiate and sell to all levels and teams of an organization
Experience leading a sales team/organization with strong sales methodology, optimal organization, and incentive structures
Experience in leading the development and rollout of GTM initiatives
Proven record of leading, training, and inspiring teams; hiring and developing staff
Strong relationship-building skills with customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to initiate collaborative discussions and adapt communication styles
Willingness to travel to meet with customers and internal teams
Industry expertise in Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) and/or Salesforce platform preferred
Successful completion of a bachelor's degree would be beneficial, master's degree preferred
