About the role

  • Develop and implement business development strategy to achieve growth and revenue targets
  • Identify target markets and build a pipeline of potential clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company strategy
  • Drive execution from ideation through to close
  • Support sales leadership on complex, non-standard, or multi-party enterprise deals
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and product teams to structure and negotiate custom deals
  • Represent the company in senior-level external discussions with prospects and partners
  • Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and legal to launch new initiatives or offerings
  • Lead preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business
  • Provide market feedback to product and GTM teams to inform roadmap and messaging
  • Lead internal working groups or task forces for cross-team alignment
  • Continuously research market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor strategies
  • Prepare actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and support executive decision-making with analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales
  • Proven experience in Sales or Account Management role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software product ecosystems
  • Experience in contract negotiations and closing high value opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
  • Previous experience in the Signage, Shop fitting or Construction industries is desirable
  • Proven experience in Estimating is a nice-to-have
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
