About the role
- Administer and support compensation process: system requirement documentation and configuration, quota allocation, creation of individual sales plans, calculation of achievement, compensation planning, and reporting
- Become CaptivateIQ subject matter expert; lead project management and best practice design for FY26 CaptivateIQ Implementation; own configuration plan changes; primary contact with CIQ support
- Write advanced requirements documentation for system configuration and perform comprehensive UAT
- Perform day-to-day administration of commission calculations and provide timely resolution of inquiries from comp plan participants
- Support financial accrual and payment process for monthly commissions under strict deadlines
- Analyze and make recommendations to resolve compensation-related issues such as costing, plan inquiries, validations, and monthly audits
- Develop and track metrics to assess effectiveness of the sales incentive compensation program
- Work cross functionally with partners in Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and other teams to ensure accuracy of data, inputs and calculations
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales compensation or systems admin experience, ideally in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company
- Administrator-level experience with CaptivateIQ’s incentive compensation software (Xactly Incent experience is a plus)
- Analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate well with employees at all levels of the organization
- Positive work style, focus on getting things done and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Strong attention to detail
