Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits; Revenue Core Functions Team supports implementation.
Act as a force multiplier on the implementation side and own the first hand-off after a customer signs up with Human Interest.
Guide customers through the implementation process, ensuring they are engaged and happy.
Support successful onboarding by collecting company and bank information for one or multiple businesses based on ownership.
Proactively reach out to clients to book account set-up calls and obtain prior recordkeeper documentation.
Work with the Quality Control team to conduct benefits analysis and confirm billing information for new clients.
Work cross-functionally with operations and sales to ensure customer needs are met and drive processes forward.
Manage internal and external stakeholders, identify process improvements to help the team scale, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial or retirement industry preferred- i.e. account management, onboarding, sales
Working knowledge of the 401(k) product. Experience within 401(k) Implementation/ Onboarding is a bonus
