About the role
- Work in a customer service environment with highly structured workdays and significant phone time
- Answer incoming phone calls, enter tickets in Sourcepass standard format, and document everything in the ticketing database
- Enter tickets into the database for emails received via the customer email portal
- File paperwork and documentation as needed
- Process data entry tasks as needed
- Make outbound calls to clients to inform them of scheduling and/or changes
- Assist management team in special projects as deemed necessary
- Follow clear expectations and a well-organized daily routine to deliver excellent service
Requirements
- Reliable – Shows up for work on time – ready to work
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience providing Customer Service in an office setting
- Ability to effectively communicate by phone
- Ability to speak and write in English, clearly and professionally
- Proficiency with computer (Windows Operating system)
- Strong typing skills required
- Pays attention to detail
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, phone-intensive (call center-like) environment
- Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 7AM-4PM EST
- This is an independent contractor position
