About the role
- Take ownership of HR processes across the employee lifecycle from entry to exit
- Support monthly payroll preparation alongside payroll experts to ensure accuracy and punctuality
- Prepare and update employment contracts and documents in compliance with local labor laws
- Act as trusted contact for managers on employee-related topics and contribute to a positive working environment
- Shape the employee journey including onboarding and exit processes
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (reporting lines, job titles, cost centers)
- Answer employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR processes
- Handle sensitive information responsibly and professionally
- Support compliance with legal requirements and company policies
Requirements
- Some prior knowledge and experience within an HR function/role
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and willingness to support colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Confidentiality and integrity
- Motivation to grow and develop and have an impact
- Reliable team player who is well-organized and detail-oriented
