About the role
- Provide Employee Relations advice and coaching to managers within the jurisdictions
- Support and provide expertise to people change programs and participate in projects to improve the Employee Relations offering
- Case management: support managers on employee concerns, escalate complex/high-risk matters, and maintain integrity of records and documentation
- Provide jurisdictional expertise: deliver specialist advice/coaching to implement ER processes and ensure jurisdictional compliance
- Deliver allocated ER activities within change programs and collaborate with colleagues to ensure people changes are effectively managed and implemented
- Produce and analyze ER-related data, identify solutions, and contribute ER subject matter expertise to People Team and business projects
- Work as a member of the global ER team to develop global Employee Relations strategy, improve processes, develop policies and optimize ER service
Requirements
- Relevant professional HR qualifications OR significant Employee Relations case management/litigation experience
- Knowledge of relevant employment law and regulatory impacts with implementation experience
- Relationship management experience
- Demonstrated understanding of People Policies, Standards and Procedures
- Effective communications skills
- Knowledge of the Computershare organization (preferred)
