Lead the development and implementation of provider recruitment strategies to expand network capacity, specialty coverage, and geographic reach
Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, health plans, and other payer partners to ensure seamless network alignment and integration
Oversee provider onboarding processes, including contracting, credentialing, compliance verification, and system integration
Support health plan integration efforts by coordinating with internal teams and payers to align provider participation, benefits configuration, and directory accuracy
Supervise and mentor a team of recruitment specialists and onboarding coordinators, setting performance goals and fostering professional growth
Monitor and report on recruitment pipeline, onboarding timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs), including provider satisfaction and network adequacy
Collaborate with Credentialing, Clinical Services, Operations, Sales, Account Management, Quality, and Provider groups to ensure seamless provider activation
Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes comply with all applicable accreditation standards (NCQA, URAC) and regulatory requirements
Partner with leadership on network expansion initiatives, client implementations, and strategic growth opportunities
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating workflows, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to optimize efficiency

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Behavioral Health, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
7+ years of experience in provider recruitment, credentialing, or network management within EAP, behavioral health, or healthcare
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Experience with Global recruitment
Experience collaborating with insurance companies, health plans, and payer networks to integrate providers and support benefit structures
Strong understanding of behavioral health licensure, credentialing standards, and payer/provider contracting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment and onboarding targets
Proficiency with recruitment systems, CRMs, and provider data management tools
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
