About the role
- Partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs.
- Develop and implement a proactive, innovative sourcing strategy.
- Creatively source, assess and select qualified applicants for open searches.
- Anticipate industry trends and utilize labor market information.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business or related field (preferred).
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing active in state of practice (preferred).
