About the role
- Lead execution of customer projects, ensuring delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, aligning objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to deliver solutions.
- Track progress, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
- Work closely with customers to map solutions, translate use cases into actionable plans, and serve as primary contact.
- Conduct regular check-ins, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization.
- Establish and refine project management frameworks and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards.
- Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts.
- Track progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with customers to understand business challenges and map solutions to their needs.
- Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communication.
- Conduct regular check-ins, project updates, and post-implementation reviews.
- Align internal teams and external partners on project objectives and resource allocation.
- Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Leverage agile methodologies; experience with Jira and project management tools.
- Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple priorities with autonomy.
