About the role
- Lead the full product lifecycle for AI and agent-based solutions, from discovery and definition to launch, iteration, and scaling.
- Define and maintain a product roadmap that balances near-term deliverables with long-term innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to scope, build, and deliver features that meet user needs and business goals.
- Partner with research and analytics to uncover opportunities, validate concepts, and guide decision-making using data-driven insights.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Stay current on advancements in AI, machine learning, and agentic systems to assess emerging capabilities.
- Align and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery against success metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product initiatives with measurable business and customer impact.
- Ability to operate effectively in evolving, ambiguous environments while balancing speed with thoughtful decision-making.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Technical fluency and experience with developer-focused tools or platforms.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including exposure to model training, evaluation, or deployment.
