About the role
- Lead projects from initiation to completion with clear plans, schedules, and milestones. Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track. Research and recommend new technologies that align with business goals. Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes. Monitor project performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve success. Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving to maintain momentum. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. Proficiency in project management tools/software. Experience with Dealership Accounting Operations (highly preferred). Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies (a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred. High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
