• Accurately prepare the consent forms and get parental approval before treatment begins.

• Answer any questions about the treatment to be performed and any follow-up questions or concerns that the patient might have before and after the treatment.
• Explain insurance benefits and limitations, out-of-pocket expenses, and financing options with the patient and/or parent(s) after the exam.
• Explain payment options offered at the practice such as Care Credit; assist in the application process if necessary, and submit for approval by the provider.
• Set up in-house payment plans with the approval of the Practice Manager and debit accounts according to the agreement set up with the patient or parent.
• Collect fees per patient’s insurance
• Manages and assists designated practice team members with appropriate payment and insurance processes
• Clean/maintain the front office area/lobby
• Any and all other duties assigned by the Practice Manager

Traveling Ortho Treatment Coordinator, Bilingual

• Reports to: Practice Manager; key partnerships with Billing, Clinical, Operations
• Understand and comprehend all of the day-to-day duties of front office staff
• Have clinical conversations with patient(s) about excessive treatment
• Accurately prepare the consent forms and get parental approval before treatment begins
• Explain insurance benefits and limitations, out of pocket expenses and financing options with the patient and/or parent(s) after the exam
• Collect fees per patient’s insurance or visit
• Help the office manager send claims, codes
• Understand pre-authorizations, narratives, and sending PA and intraoral pictures
• Provide support to the Greeter and Insurance Specialist
• Clean/maintain front office area/lobby
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ensure a sterile, well-organized exam and treatment environment.

• Provide teeth polishing and sealant placement procedures.
• Manage patient appointments and care.
• Uphold stringent sterilization standards.
• Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere for patients throughout their visit.
• Training takes place at CC Saratoga; after 45 days, relocate to CC Staples.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday & 1 Saturday a month (Full-Time).

• Obtain insurance information, review for accuracy, and route to appropriate staff

• Assist with attaching payments, sending claims, checking billable x-rays
