About the role
- Answer inbound calls and call patients who are due for their dental exams
- Reach out to existing/potential patients to provide information about services and gather information needed for appointments
- Create and confirm appointments following outlined processes
- Assist patients with their needs and provide a unique experience on the phone and in the practice
- Meet departmental goals for inbound and outbound call volume and convert leads into appointments
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; the flexibility to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Provide excellent phone skills: clear, articulate communication to accurately describe our services to patients and collect information
- Provide a superior customer service experience through the phone
- Meet departmental goals for inbound and outbound calls
- Convert leads into appointments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency using the Google Suite of products
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call center systems
- Excellent typing skills
- Fluency in English & Spanish
