About the role
- Serve as the technical relationship owner throughout the customer journey (pre- and post-sale) for Federal customers
- Map Collibra solutions to customer value, bridging business and technical requirements
- Participate in discovery and drive qualification of new opportunities and expansion accounts
- Prepare and conduct product demonstrations highlighting Collibra Platform capabilities
- Advise and support customers’ technical stakeholders to accelerate adoption and value realization
- Identify, evaluate, recommend, and execute value-based workshops and proofs of concept/values
- Prepare and provide input for functional and technical sections of RFPs/RFQs
- Support sales and marketing activities, webcasts, field enablement, and asset creation
- Provide feedback to product management and engineering to enhance offerings
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Sales or Customer Engineering or Sales Consulting role
- 2+ years experience working in the Data/SaaS space
- Experience in Sales or Customer engineering in Enterprise land and expand motions
- Broad knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, and data privacy platforms
- Experience including value-based selling, cost-benefit analysis and ROI analysis, process and project management
- Broad experience as a Data Management practitioner (cataloging, integration, data quality, enterprise architecture)
- Experience in regulatory compliance and/or (financial/IT) audit is a plus
- Experience with leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Required to be a U.S. Citizen who resides on U.S. soil
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Willing to travel up to 30% within the region
- Effective communicator, sales- and customer-focused self-starter, trusted advisor to C-level executives
