About the role

  • Serve as the technical relationship owner throughout the customer journey (pre- and post-sale) for Federal customers
  • Map Collibra solutions to customer value, bridging business and technical requirements
  • Participate in discovery and drive qualification of new opportunities and expansion accounts
  • Prepare and conduct product demonstrations highlighting Collibra Platform capabilities
  • Advise and support customers’ technical stakeholders to accelerate adoption and value realization
  • Identify, evaluate, recommend, and execute value-based workshops and proofs of concept/values
  • Prepare and provide input for functional and technical sections of RFPs/RFQs
  • Support sales and marketing activities, webcasts, field enablement, and asset creation
  • Provide feedback to product management and engineering to enhance offerings

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Sales or Customer Engineering or Sales Consulting role
  • 2+ years experience working in the Data/SaaS space
  • Experience in Sales or Customer engineering in Enterprise land and expand motions
  • Broad knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, and data privacy platforms
  • Experience including value-based selling, cost-benefit analysis and ROI analysis, process and project management
  • Broad experience as a Data Management practitioner (cataloging, integration, data quality, enterprise architecture)
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and/or (financial/IT) audit is a plus
  • Experience with leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • Required to be a U.S. Citizen who resides on U.S. soil
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Willing to travel up to 30% within the region
