Account Executive

• Build relationships with existing customers and net new strategic accounts.
• Build and execute a robust account strategy and plan to help the customer get the most value possible and CoLab to drive significant revenue growth. This includes deep account planning, mapping and multi-threaded selling.
• Serve as an expert to your customers as it relates to CoLab and industry best practices.
• Find, qualify and build opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work in consultation with Account Executive and Customer Success teams enterprise account expansions and renewals.
• Help drive growth among our customers by understanding their business and technical needs in order to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Manage follow-up conversations and document all activities in Salesforce.
• Travel to customer on-site on average 1 week per month.

Strategic Account Director

Engineer

• Embed with enterprise customers to optimize CoLab usage—especially AutoReview
• Investigate and solve complex engineering data and integration challenges across PLM, design, and feedback systems
• Partner with a cross functional team to test and implement new CoLab workflows inside customer environments
• Collaborate with product teams to identify feature gaps, improve capabilities, and refine AutoReview
• Build technical documentation, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks based on successful projects
• Provide mechanical engineering expertise to validate AI-generated results and ensure engineering rigor
• Contribute to CoLab’s strategic partnership program by helping drive wins with top-tier customers

Mechanical Forward Deployed Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and evolve backend services and APIs that power enterprise workflows across organizations.
• Model and maintain complex relational schemas (Postgres) with strong tenant isolation, data scoping guarantees and performance considerations.
• Design and implement robust authorization patterns (RBAC, Scoped permissions, least privilege).
• Lead and contribute to initiatives such as user management redesign and identity provider (IDP) migrations.
• Build and maintain asynchronous workflows and background processing systems.
• Contribute to frontend development (React/TypeScript) to support enterprise configuration and permission management.
• Partner with Security to implement logging, validation, and operational guardrails.
• Improve reliability through thoughtful unit, integration, and E2E testing as well as improved observability, logging and proactive performance analysis.

• Build and maintain internal integrations using Retool and APIs (Slack, Notion, Gong, HubSpot, GitHub, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Design and ship clean, intuitive internal dashboards that drive executive and team decisions

• Review UI code with an eye toward consistency, accessibility, and long-term maintainability

• Own end-to-end performance of our paid media program, with LinkedIn as the primary channel and additional investment across paid search, newsletters, and experimental channels
• Drive month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter growth in paid-sourced pipeline by continuously optimizing targeting, messaging, creative, and budget allocation.
• Translate platform data and customer insights into strong creative briefs and campaign concepts, partnering with Brand Design to launch and continuously refresh high-performing image, carousel, and video ads based on real performance data.
