Performance Marketing

• Own end-to-end performance of our paid media program, with LinkedIn as the primary channel and additional investment across paid search, newsletters, and experimental channels.
• Drive month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter growth in paid-sourced pipeline by continuously optimizing targeting, messaging, creative, and budget allocation.
• Translate platform data and customer insights into strong creative briefs and campaign concepts, partnering with Brand Design to launch and continuously refresh high-performing image, carousel, and video ads based on real performance data.
• Synthesize data across ad platforms, CRM, and sales insights to uncover the underlying drivers of campaign performance and turn those findings into sharper messaging and stronger creative.

Full-stack Engineer

• Become a key contributor in the backend development for 3D AutoReview features, from pipeline architecture to production delivery
• Experiment with geometry parsing, quality detection, and context generation for 3D model review

Account Executive

• Own and execute the sales strategy for CoLab’s top enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees), driving long-term relationships and delivering solutions for large-scale engineering organizations.
• Lead and close enterprise deals ranging from $200K to $2M+ with large organizations, navigating complex procurement processes and multiple decision-makers.
• Conduct detailed discovery with multiple personas (engineering leaders, procurement teams, and executives) to understand their pain points and business goals. Provide consultative recommendations on how CoLab can optimize their design processes and reduce time-to-market.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across target accounts to drive ongoing engagement and opportunities for account expansion.
• Work with the sales team to create customized proposals, negotiate contract terms, and manage the deal process from initial contact through to close.
• Partner with the Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless handoff of new customers and align on product development needs based on customer feedback.
• Effectively manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts to hit quarterly and annual sales targets. Provide regular updates on progress and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team on account expansions and contract renewals to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Develop territory and account plans for large enterprises to identify opportunities, track progress, and optimize resource allocation.

Key Account Executive

Product Marketing

• Execute product launches by translating campaign strategy into clear messaging, briefs, and launch assets.
• Own messaging for features and bundled releases, including launch emails, conference talks, presentations, and social posts.

• Architect and prototype systems for ingesting and visualizing a variety of different engineering data

Principal CAD Developer

Cloud Engineer

• Own and operate CoLab’s US-based cloud infrastructure, including our FedRAMP High authorized GovCloud environment
• Support ongoing continuous monitoring (ConMon) activities, including vulnerability remediation, logging, and audit readiness
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance posture and support audits and assessments
• Contribute to scaling infrastructure to support customer onboarding in regulated environments
• Write and maintain Terraform to support infrastructure deployments via SpaceLift
• Build and troubleshoot Lambda functions (primarily in Python) to support application and infrastructure automation
• Investigate stack traces, diagnose application issues, and contribute to monitoring improvements (especially in APM tracing via DataDog)
