Account Manager

• Build the channel strategy: Design and implement CoLab’s partner program framework, including defining what partners to engage and go-to-market models (e.g., reseller, referral, marketplaces, etc).
• Recruit and onboard partners: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate high-value channel and technology partnerships that align with CoLab’s growth objectives.
• Drive partner success: Partner with Enablement and Marketing to ensure partners can effectively position and sell CoLab.
• Establish scalable systems: Build partner processes, reporting, and KPIs - including working directly with Revenue Operations to ensure Salesforce workflows, revenue attribution, and partner performance metrics are built in a clear and scalable way.
• Own growth targets: Manage pipeline and revenue goals generated through partner channels; analyze performance and continuously refine the program, driving accountability with partners.
• Formalize and grow strategic partnerships: Partner with CoLab’s CSO to determine the highest value strategic partners for CoLab, define our strategy for winning together, and develop the partner models we need to drive technology and GTM objectives together.

Mechanical Engineer

• Running design evaluations through AutoReview, analyzing results, and classifying output quality
• Identifying gaps in model performance and communicating them clearly to ML and product teams
• Collaborating with internal experts to triangulate insights and evolve internal systems
• Supporting prompt tuning and testing to improve how we communicate with LLMs
• Providing ongoing feedback that helps us train AutoReview on the kinds of issues real engineers care about
• Acting as a domain expert to help CoLab better understand the real-world context behind the data.

Backend Engineer

• Understand complex customer problems and requirements and work in a team to build a solution that adds value for the customer and the product as a whole
• Collaborate with other team members to design and plan complex scopes of work from product requirements and UI/UX designs
• Develop, test, and ship critical user-facing features on a regular basis
• Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and help your team deliver high-quality software
• Advocate for all aspects of the user’s experience, with a focus on clarity and speed
• Contribute to tech technology direction and best practices
• Mentor, support, and be an information source to junior developers

Senior Backend Developer

Customer Success Manager

• Own adoption, satisfaction, and retention metrics for Enterprise and Key accounts
• Build, maintain, and execute Customer Success Plans that outline goals, milestones, and measures of success tied to business impact (e.g., time-to-market, rework reduction, margins)
• Execute onboarding plan and rollout strategy in collaboration with Customer Engineering Advisors
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across customer stakeholders
• Lead structured executive business reviews that translate CoLab usage to measurable outcomes and business impact

Cloud Engineer

• Own and operate CoLab’s US-based cloud infrastructure, including Public Sector environments in AWS, Azure and GCP
• Write and maintain Terraform to support infrastructure deployments via SpaceLift
• Build and troubleshoot Lambda functions (primarily in Python) to support application and infrastructure automation
• Investigate stack traces, diagnose application issues, and contribute to monitoring improvements (especially in APM tracing via DataDog)
• Support the broader Platform Team with secure, scalable infrastructure design and implementation
• Collaborate closely with Third Party Vendors during the Public Sector implementation and assessments
• Actively contribute to internal codebases (Python + IaC) and participate in PR reviews
• Take on and eventually lead technical initiatives in Public Sector infrastructure and deployments

Software Engineer

• At CoLab, we help mechanical engineering teams bring life-changing products to market faster using a cloud-based design review platform
• US-based Senior Developer to support CoLab’s Connect Build team focused on PLM integrations for Public Sector and Commercial environments
• Own development and troubleshooting of PLM integrations (Windchill now, TeamCentre later)
• Guide customers in installing, configuring, and validating PLM add-ons within their infrastructure
• Communicate complex PLM technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Triage and resolve technical issues, including vulnerability assessments and integration failures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Public Sector design reviews run smoothly and securely
• Provide technical support and subject matter expertise across PLM systems and authentication integrations (Okta, Auth0, WorkOS)
• Escalate and communicate blockers clearly, taking ownership of ambiguous or evolving areas
