About the role

  • Own customer engagements end-to-end: strategic prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and target a territory of high-potential new logos in automotive and logistics
  • Generate demand within target accounts and articulate ROI to economic buyers
  • Conduct product demonstrations tying platform features to operational pain points
  • Navigate complex buying committees across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to build consensus
  • Leverage sales tech stack (HubSpot, 6sense) to manage pipeline, forecast, and execute outreach
  • Collaborate with Marketing, BDRs, and sales support to build pipeline and execute campaigns

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle, B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota, particularly with complex, six-figure ($100k+ ARR) deals
  • Experience selling complex solutions into automotive, logistics, or industrial manufacturing sectors
  • Deep understanding of supply chain, yard management, and logistics business dynamics
  • Consultative selling and problem-solving mindset
  • Hunter mentality with experience in strategic outbound prospecting (ABM, strategic calling, social selling)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • General technical understanding of IoT and its impact on enterprises
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience using sales tech stack including HubSpot and 6sense
