About the role
- Own customer engagements end-to-end: strategic prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing
- Build and target a territory of high-potential new logos in automotive and logistics
- Generate demand within target accounts and articulate ROI to economic buyers
- Conduct product demonstrations tying platform features to operational pain points
- Navigate complex buying committees across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to build consensus
- Leverage sales tech stack (HubSpot, 6sense) to manage pipeline, forecast, and execute outreach
- Collaborate with Marketing, BDRs, and sales support to build pipeline and execute campaigns
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle, B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota, particularly with complex, six-figure ($100k+ ARR) deals
- Experience selling complex solutions into automotive, logistics, or industrial manufacturing sectors
- Deep understanding of supply chain, yard management, and logistics business dynamics
- Consultative selling and problem-solving mindset
- Hunter mentality with experience in strategic outbound prospecting (ABM, strategic calling, social selling)
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- General technical understanding of IoT and its impact on enterprises
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience using sales tech stack including HubSpot and 6sense
