Lead a dynamic team of 4 Team Leaders to succeed across our 3 key products: GMA (Payments acceptance through QRIS), Spiker (IOT enabled payment notifications) and Moka (point of sales system) across the regions of Sulawesi
Ensure the consistent achievement of targets set by the company across different existing product lines as well as upcoming products, ensuring sales SOPs and quality metrics are met
Lead, coach, and mentor team members to refine acquisition skills and provide tailored solutions addressing specific merchant-partner pain points
Provide support to team members during negotiations and help address challenging questions from potential customers
Collaborate closely with the Region Head to plan and implement effective region-specific sales strategies
Utilize performance management tools to ensure the team meets input metrics (meetings) and output metrics (conversions)
Present complex ideas simply and problem-solve by breaking down large problems into smaller solvable parts
Use data analysis tools like Excel/Google Sheets/Data Studio, CRM, and Google Workspace to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights for the team
Requirements
7+ years of overall solid sales experience including 3+ years leading a multi-tier sales team (Manager of team managers) consistently achieving targets in assigned roles
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to achieve merchant acquisition & retention targets, and to collaborate with partners and colleagues of all levels
Strong leadership experience to lead, mentor, and grow a high-functioning team
Comfortable working at a fast speed in a dynamic environment and thus ready to work out of the comfort zone frequently; prior experience working at a startup or tech company is a plus
Experience and comfort of launching a new market for existing products or launching new products in existing markets
Knowledge of how to set up a new market, creating areas and sub areas inside a city for better coverage, planning manpower hiring requirements and execution.
Experience of working in a distribution centric role in Prepaid telecom, FMCG & similar industries with working knowledge of Permanent Journey Plans, Route Mapping, Sector wise & beat wise working to ensure basics of leading a disciplined sales force
