About the role

  • Lead discovery and demo calls with inbound prospects qualified by SDRs
  • Articulate CloudTalk’s value proposition and deliver compelling demos
  • Close deals for the Micro segment with MRR up to US $350 in high-velocity cycles (1–2 weeks)
  • Collaborate with SDRs, CSMs, RevOps, and Sales Engineers to create seamless sales processes
  • Participate in role-plays and assessments during the hiring process and ongoing coaching

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SaaS sales experience (SDR or AE)
  • Experience in a high-velocity sales environment (volume and speed)
  • Solid discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias toward action and results
  • Native or bilingual Spanish and English proficiency
  • Experience with AI, voice tech, or contact center solutions (plus)
