About the role
- Source qualified contractors through directories, referrals, events, and online platforms
- Run outreach campaigns across calls, emails, and social media
- Build and manage a recruitment pipeline, tracking progress and conversion metrics
- Deliver compelling presentations on the value of Block’s platform
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly recruitment and conversion goals
- Expand and convert high-quality contractors to join Block’s platform
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, AE), business development, recruiting, or a related field
- Comfort with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, social)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bonus: experience in construction, home services, or contractor networks
