About the role
- Establish the GTM analytics and operational strategy aligned with business objectives
- Build, manage, and mentor data analysts, data scientists, and visualization experts
- Utilize advanced analytical tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Looker Studio) and data science methodologies
- Create compelling, actionable visualizations to inform and influence executive decision-making
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize GTM performance
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track GTM effectiveness and identify opportunities
- Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization
- Provide expert guidance and analytical support to sales and GTM operations team members and executives
- Create a 3-year maturity model, align leadership, and execute the analytics roadmap
- Build and scale a world-class analytics function to deliver actionable insights and drive revenue growth
Requirements
- 10+ years in GTM analytics, Sales operations
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing senior teams
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, Looker Studio
- Strong knowledge of data science principles and practices
- Proven ability to create impactful data visualizations and dashboards
- Strong track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of GTM strategies and ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
- Masters Degree in Business or Data Science or Analytics strongly preferred
- Ability to provide expert guidance and analytical support to sales and GTM operations and executives
- May require authorization under U.S. export control laws to receive controlled software or technology without sponsorship
