About the role
- Help build and scale the operating model that powers Aura’s growth
- Partner closely with various teams to drive alignment, deliver insights, and enable efficient, data-driven execution
- Develop and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that track acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue performance
- Analyze key drivers of growth and translate insights into action
- Translate company-level objectives into operational plans and track progress
- Monitor performance across Direct-to-Consumer and Partner channels, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Support annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles and resource allocation discussions
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process and workflow improvements
- Lead execution of cross-functional initiatives, launches, pilots, and special projects
- Ensure alignment, clear ownership, and timely delivery across stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a small team of analysts and operations managers
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or sales operations in a high-growth consumer or SaaS environment
- Expert in Tableau
- Proficiency with SQL
- Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze data, derive key insights and diagnose business issues
- Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail to drive program management and execution of strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) (preferred)
- Experience with Direct-to-Consumer and Partner channels (preferred)
