About the role

  • Maintain employee files, update HR policies, and foster a healthy company culture
  • Provide business administration support for Paris office and liaise with global offices
  • Manage expenses overview and track expenditures with Finance & Accounting
  • Support daily operations and administration for the Paris Training Organization
  • Oversee monthly payroll operations ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Act as liaison among global offices to keep business processes and paperwork up to date
  • Handle logistics such as shipping/mailing confidential company items
  • Serve as touch point for internal teams and C-level executives and knowledge resource
  • Support human resources, office management, and project coordination

Requirements

  • Strong planning and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters
  • 1-2 years professional work experience in a business setting (HR, office administration, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a plus
  • Sound judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel when needed
  • Language: French and English (Korean is a plus)
  • Resume must be in English
