About the role
- Develops and maintains resource capacity models to forecast resource demand and optimize allocation across Client Services
- Builds and enhances dashboards and reports that empower teams and leaders to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions
- Leads a team of data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable operational insights
- Monitors and reports on colleague utilization, ensuring alignment with margin and efficiency targets
- Provides monthly executive-level reporting on Client Services performance, capacity, and resource trends
- Partners with Finance and Revenue Operations to inform budgeting, headcount planning, and hiring strategies
- Delivers data and reporting that supports governance efforts for managing client accounts and implementation projects
- Ensures resource capacity is balanced with business demand to support successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Translates complex data into clear narratives for Client Services leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Establishes and maintains data integrity and consistency across operational reporting systems
- Identifies and addresses gaps in resource planning and utilization through proactive analysis and recommendations
- Collaborates with Client Success and Professional Services leaders to align operational data with strategic goals
- Drives continuous improvement in reporting processes, tools, and methodologies
- Supports scenario planning and “what-if” modeling to evaluate the impact of business changes on resource need
- Champions the use of data to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance excellence
- Responsible for performance management of team members, including review, evaluation, and compensation processes
- Accountable for the team’s success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- 3–5 years of experience in operational data reporting and resource capacity management within a complex professional services environment (Manager level)
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role (Manager level)
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis and resource capacity management in a complex professional services setting (Senior Manager level)
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role (Senior Manager level)
- Proven ability to drive business change through stakeholder collaboration (Senior Manager)
- Skilled in synthesizing complex data into actionable business insights (Senior Manager)
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (Senior Manager)
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences (Senior Manager)
- Project or program management experience preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Certinia is a plus
