Personal Assistant supporting the CEO in managing day-to-day priorities and driving executive effectiveness.
Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, travel, and daily workflow to align with strategic priorities.
Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate meetings across teams and stakeholders.
Prepare clear, high-quality communications, presentations, and reports that reflect the CEO’s voice.
Serve as primary point of contact for executives, board members, partners, and clients.
Handle sensitive company and personnel information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Anticipate needs, proactively address challenges, and implement process improvements.
Represent the CEO and company culture with diplomacy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
Requirements
Proven experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced or complex organizations (3–5 years preferred).
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with proficiency in scheduling tools and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong attention to detail.
High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
