  • Personal Assistant supporting the CEO in managing day-to-day priorities and driving executive effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, travel, and daily workflow to align with strategic priorities.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate meetings across teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear, high-quality communications, presentations, and reports that reflect the CEO’s voice.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for executives, board members, partners, and clients.
  • Handle sensitive company and personnel information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively address challenges, and implement process improvements.
  • Represent the CEO and company culture with diplomacy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced or complex organizations (3–5 years preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with proficiency in scheduling tools and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
