Business Development Rep

• Identify, engage, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners to expand TMGM’s regional footprint.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
• Structure and negotiate competitive commission models (IB rebates, CPA where applicable) aligned with business objectives.
• Drive trading volume, net deposits, and client acquisition through your existing network and ongoing partner development.
• Support partners with marketing materials, training, and strategic guidance to maximise performance.
• Track partner performance (volume, deposits, activity), providing insights and optimisation strategies.
• Stay up to date with competitor activity, regional trends, and regulatory developments across the UAE/MENA region.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams to execute growth initiatives effectively.
• Ensure all partner activities align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
