• Lead research, design and production implementation of a crypto perpetual market-making engine (funding-rate-aware quoting & systematic hedging).
• Architect and build the full stack: pricing engine, hedging rules, execution algorithms, order management, and exchange connectivity.
• Design models and rules that incorporate funding, mark/index dynamics, position carry, and market microstructure to optimize risk-adjusted returns.
• Define and enforce risk limits (inventory, exposure, leverage, liquidation risk), stress testing, scenario analysis, and kill-switch controls within the firm’s risk framework.
• Work with exchanges, liquidity venues, and internal compliance/legal teams on onboarding, market access, product expansions, and incentive programs.
• Partner with quants, engineers, and trading operations to prioritise roadmap and deliver improvements.
