Report to the Chief of Staff, Revenue and support the CRO and executive leadership.
Provide comprehensive and anticipatory support to the CRO, including proactive calendar management, travel arrangements, invoices/expense management for the Revenue Org, and meeting coordination.
Organize and prepare for meetings/events/speaking opportunities, draft agendas, compile documents, and take minutes; ensure follow-up on action items.
Support the CRO with business and personal projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
Prepare correspondences, reports, and presentations with polish and accuracy.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails, messages and calls, prioritizing with sound judgment.
Coordinate logistics for internal/external events, personal appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc tasks as needed, navigating shifting priorities.
Requirements
4–7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Manager, Private Banker, or Legal Secretarial role, preferably in a demanding, fast-paced and high-performance environment.
Resilient, proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude and strong initiative.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Business tools and familiarity with project management tools.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Management.
Preferred: Experience in the fintech or technology sector.
