About the role
- Maintain employee files, update HR policies, and foster company culture
- Provide business administration support for Paris office and liaise with global offices
- Manage expenses: collaborate with Finance & Accounting to track expenditures
- Support daily operations and administration for the Paris Training Organization
- Oversee monthly payroll operations ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Serve as liaison to ensure business processes and paperwork are up to date
- Handle logistics: shipping/mailing company confidential items
Requirements
- Strong planning and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters
- 1-2 years professional work experience in a business setting (HR, office administration, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus
- Sound judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to travel when needed
- Language: French and English (Korean is a plus)
